Ordered products or services the customer can pay by credit card or wire transfer according to the invoice, payment slip and payment to the bank account Apipharma Ltd. For online payment you can use the following credit cards: American Express, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners or Visa.

Security Statement

Payment and authorization of credit cards takes place via the T-Com Pay Way system. T-Com Pay Way applies state-of-the-art data protection standards - Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit encryption and MD5 algorithm. The ISO 8583 protocol ensures that data exchange between the T-Com system and the credit card authorization centers is carried out in a private network that is protected from the unauthorized access by a double layer of "firewall".


Delivery and takeover of goods


The paid orders of selected products we deliver within the fastest possible time to your address via Croatian Post. Delivery is done at the threshold of your home address.

Each shipment will be verified and signed by the consignee upon receipt of the shipment. Pursuant to the provisions of the Mandatory Relationship Act, the consignment shall be deemed to have been delivered in an undamaged condition by the receipt of a delivery note, and after that the carrier is exempted from any subsequent liability. The sender will indicate the reference number of the accompanying documentation in the takeover list, with a later signed list with the reference number to prove the delivered delivery.

How much will I pay for delivery?

Delivery cost is calculated in final purchase steps prior to payment and is clearly shown to the buyer. Calculation is based on the destination country, total weight and dimensions of the selected items.

The shipping cost is always displayed separately and printed on the invoice. The packaging is included in the delivery price.

For orders over 100 EUR the delivery is free.

Preview at delivery

During reciving the delivered product, the buyer is required to review the delivered product, that is:

  • check for any visible damage to the consignment and / or the products inside the consignment and immediately advertise them to the delivery worker, and refuse to take over the delivered products with visible damage
  • open the shipment in front of the delivery company and compare the delivered products with the delivery note, and if something is missing or the non-ordered products are delivered, immediately advertise them to the deliverer.

If the product has a hidden disadvantage (the disadvantage that could not be detected by the usual review when taking over) the buyer establishes upon opening the product - the buyer is entitled to one-sided termination of the contract and refund, product replacement, removal or reduction of the price.

What if I got the wrong product or product with a mistake?

In cases where the customers supplied product is different from what is bought, buyer has the right to deliver the ordered product, if it is not possible buyer is entitled to a refund of the price paid including delivery. Before making money back, buyer needs to return the wrong Product. Refund of money is executed only after returning the undamaged product to its original packaging.

What When I Get a Product?

When delivering, with the purchased Product, Buyer receives invoice, delivery note and receipt of the shipment required to sign, if there is no reason to complain. By signing a receipt of the shipment, the Buyer acknowledges that during the takeover of the Products he has made his review and that the Product has been taken without any visible damage, that it is quantitatively and qualitatively corresponding to the products from the dispatch note and that all the documents have been delivered with the products in accordance with the legal regulations.

If the Buyer has found the reason for the complaint during the review of the submitted products, the goods must be immediately reported to the deliverer because the complaints filed after the delivery of the delivered Products will be disregarded by the Seller.

What if I do not want to receive the ordered product?

If the Buyer fails to take the product or refuses to take the product without a valid reason, Seller reserves the right to demand reimbursement of manipulation, transport and other possible costs.

Can I track the delivery of the purchased goods?

The service provided through the electronic service enables the tracking of shipping times. The Shipment Schedule Service allows the sender and the recipient to obtain at any time relevant information about where the shipment is and what happens to it.

These Terms define the ordering, payment, delivery and complaint claims offered in our Internet Store. The seller of the goods is Apipharma d.o.o., Jeronima Kavanjina 26, HR-10000 Zagreb, PIN: 80934215074 and Buyer of Goods is an Internet Store visitor who selects at least one product, fills out the electronic order form and sends it to the Seller. All prices are expressed in HRK and include VAT.

Product pictures are illustrative in nature and do not warrant that the image is fully compatible with the product itself. We do not respond to any possible product description errors. The prices shown in the Internet store are retail prices, VAT included and are quoted in Croatian Kuna (HRK).

By ordering products via the Internet store www.apipharma.hr - Apipharma d.o.o. you agree to the terms of purchase listed on the Internet Store.

The customer is every person who orders the product electronically. The buyer is any right or natural person who orders the product by accepting the offer that is issued in electronic or written form, and makes a payment in full amount requested from the offer. The buyer is not a person who solely requests an informative offer through the www.apipharma.hr web site.

Purchase agreement between users and Apipharma d.o.o. becomes valid after receipt of the ordered shipment.

Apipharma d.o.o. undertakes to operate in accordance with legitimate laws of the Republic of Croatia.

Apipharma d.o.o. reserves the right not to charge and deliver the product to the customer if the credit / debit card is incorrect or can not be authorized.

Apipharma d.o.o. reserves the right not to make the payment and delivery of the product to the buyer if there is any doubt about the fraud if he or she notifies the buyer by e-mail or phone call.

Apipharma d.o.o. reserves the right not to make the payment and delivery of the product to the buyer if it is not possible to contact the buyer.

Apipharma d.o.o. reserves the right not to make the payment and delivery of the product to the customer if the address is non-existent or it can not deliver the product to that address from the given data.

If the delivery of the selected product is not possible by Apipharma d.o.o. because the product we currently do not have on stock is obligated to inform the buyer in writing and the buyer can then decide:

  1. whether to cancel the order and in that case the collection or delivery will not be realized;

  2. accept a new delivery deadline and then notify the buyer of the expected delivery time;


Shopping in the WEB SHOP


  1. Purchase through the service is done by the user ordering the products (products) they choose based on the photo and the basic description. Photos are illustrative in nature and do not always have to match the available products in all detail. Given the ability to individually adjust computer display settings, differences in the ways in which the human eye perceives color, etc., Apipharma d.o.o. does not guarantee full compatibility of color products with the colors displayed on the computer screen. You can not invoke your product photo whenever possible.
  2. Ordering goods is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 09:00 until 16:00. The products are selected from the Apipharma d.o.o online store catalog which is arranged according to the type and purpose of the trade item Apipharma d.o.o. The offer is continually updated.
  3. Apipharma d.o.o. does not match the cost of using computer equipment and telecommunication services needed to access the service.
  4. The order of the product is done electronically. By clicking on the "Add to cart" icon, the selected product is saved in the shopping cart and by clicking the "Add to cart and buy" icon the product is ordered immediately. By clicking the "View Cart" icon, all selected products can be viewed, and by clicking on the "Order" icon, the order completes. The products are ordered when the entire order process is completed.

  6. In the purchase form there are two fields for entering the address. If a customer only fills one of them, it is understood that the delivery address is the same as the customer / payer's address.
  7. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address from which the registration was effected, entitled "www.apipharma.hr" confirming that the order was received, with information about:

    2. Ordered products and their name;

After the order has been received, the administrator checks all order items, availability of the item and then sends the delivery confirmation to the buyer or if some items are unavailable, contacts and informs the buyer about it, offers replacement products in the same amount or reduces the order amount.
  9. In case Apipharma d.o.o. for any reason, is unable to deliver any of the products ordered by you, Operator by telephone or by e-mail, contact the Operator for the purpose of agreeing on the delivery deadline or eventual cancellation of the ordered product.

Payment of goods

The buyer agrees to pay the ordered products at cost with one of the following payment methods:

  1. Paying to the Transaction Account on the Offer Offered

The shipping cost is additionally charged in the price according to the prices published on the web site. The purchase contract is concluded at the time of receipt of payment.

In the case of a complaint, the Buyer is obliged to return the product to the Seller at his own expense. The seller is obliged to replace the product within 30 days from the date of receipt of the written complaint to the Buyer or to return the entire amount paid.

Electronic communication

By visiting the site of our web store you communicate electronically. By doing so, you agree that all agreements, notices, notices and other content submitted to you electronically comply with legal frameworks as if they were made in writing.

Right to one-sided termination of contract

The consumer may, without giving reasons, terminate this contract unilaterally within 14 days of the date of the conclusion of the contract or upon his receipt. The right to one-sided termination of the contract begins to run from the date of delivery. If the consumer has not received this form, the one-off termination period starts running from the delivery of this form and expires after one year and 14 days. If the consumer has not received all the requested information, the one-off termination period begins to run from the moment the consumer receives this information and expires after three months and 14 days. In order to exercise the right to one-sided termination, the consumer must provide the trader with a written notice of termination of the contract. The notice must be written on a durable medium and contain the information indicated below and may be delivered as a letter sent by post or by e-mail. If the consumer uses his right to one-sided termination, he will not be liable for the costs incurred.

Consumer Obligations (Customer) in the case of unilateral termination of the contract

In case he or she exercises his / her right, the customer shall bear the cost of returning the goods and must return it within 14 days (Article 77 of the ZZP). The buyer also bear the cost of any impairment of the goods (Article 77 of the ZZP); unused goods, lost documentation and parts, damage, use of goods and the like, other than what was needed to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. If the product is returned defective, with major damage or parts and documentation, and if it is not delivered within a further period of 8 days, it is considered that the buyer has not fulfilled its obligation to return the goods and the seller is not obliged to make a refund of the funds paid.

Before the expiration of the term of one-sided termination of the contract, the consumer is obliged to notify the trader of his decision to terminate the contract by means of a one-off termination agreement expressing his will to terminate the contract. The seller is required to confirm receipt of the contract termination declaration.

    2. If he returns unpacked unused product and original packaging the buyer will bear the costs of delivery and shipping and the seller will return the paid purchase price.
  2. A product damaged and a product that does not have all the accompanying documentation in the product after the buyer has taken over, the seller has no obligation to take over the refund and has no obligation to pay back the purchase price.
  3. A refund by a seller may only be made after receiving the returned products by the buyer within 14 days.


Apipharma d.o.o. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions and excludes its liability for possible consequences of such modifications and is obliged to notify all registered users through the e-mail addresses that were registered upon registration. All changes will be made to the use of www.apipharma.hr.
