Job position: INTERNATIONAL SALES ASSISTANT for the communication with foreign clients

Job description: Apipharma Ltd. for the production of pharmaceutical, medicinal products and food supplements is seeking two persons for full-time employment with the probationary period of six months for the works in international sales which include:

• everyday contact with foreign clients though telephone, internet and other means of communication in English
• presentation of Apipharma products to international clients
• preparation of documents for the product registration in the country of the client – exclusively in English or other language demanded by the client. Monitoring the process of product registration.
• preparation and translation of Apipharma products packages for the foreign country of a client 
• preparation of merchandise for the international buyer, obtaining all necessary documents for the transfer and shipping of the merchandise
• participation on events, conferences and specialised fairs at which Apipharma is participating or exhibiting
• visiting international clients and their sales channels

Qualifications: University degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Technology, Economics, Veterinary or similar faculty   

Knowledge and skills: Proficient knowledge of both spoken and written English, ability of the commercial manner of thinking

Other knowledge and skills: Computer skills, communicativeness, good people skills, team work and dedication to work, independency, result-oriented

Experience: Two years of experience in international sales     

Employees: One person in the factory in Našice

Sex: Male / female

Driver’s licence: category B

Type of work: Full-time employment

Probationary work: Six months

Salary: According to the Rules on Employment and Professional Qualifications
